You can enjoy more than 150 square meters of the exclusively furnished Villa. This villa is situated on the coast (beachfront), just 20 meters from the beach, surrounded by lush vegetation in the peaceful area of Petrčane, right next to the Falkensteiner Resort and it is an ideal place for a relaxed stay and vacation with the luxury features and superb equipment. Villa can host 6 guests.
Modern and carefully designed interior in the calming and elegant tones of white and beige colour with carefully added dark details that make fine contrast and give a hint of glamour of old classic Hollywood offers you complete comfort during your stay in order to fulfill all your wishes and meet all your needs.
The ground floor level includes completely equipped kitchen followed by a dining room and a living room with the exit to the terrace in the yard. There is also a toilet on the ground level. Big glass panels separate living room from the exterior and enable Mediterranean light to enter while connecting you with the villa exterior where a large pool with deck chairs and garden furniture is located, providing you with an excellent chance for refreshment in the privacy of the villa.
On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms: one master bedroom with separate wardrobe and a loggia, plus two more bedrooms. Each room was carefully designed in its own style to provide you with the individual experience of stay and complete the exclusive stay offer.
