Description
The recently built house is located in the small village of Bristivica, approx. 13 km to the north of the picturesque old town of Trogir. Due to its favourable position, immersed in the beautiful Mediterranean countryside, this place is just right for a relaxing vacation with the entire family. The large property (approx. 1500 m²) features well-kept lawns, a sand boccia lane, and a private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.2 m; water depth: 1.60 m) framed by a sun terrace with loungers. A poolside barbecue makes it all perfect. Heading inside, you’ll find very welcoming and spacious rooms, decorated in traditional Dalmatian style.
House for 6-8 persons: The house comes with a living space of approx. 150 m², comprising of one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 2 children up to 12 years), a living area including a sofa bed and a dining table, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen including an impressive open fireplace.The living area is equipped with air conditioning. All rooms have central heating.
